Before joining my classes you will receive a health questionnaire. Please complete this to let me know of any health issues or problems that I need to know before you start to make sure I provide safe, effective exercises for you.

If you are pregnant and exercising regularly, please let me know so that I can adapt exercises for you. If you have been attending my classes and find out you’re pregnant, you are most welcome to continue in the class as it is part of your usual routine.

What do the classes cost?

The cost for a block of 6 classes is £36.00, with a discount if you’d like to attend more than one class a week. Spaces are limited so, if possible, I would prefer payment in advance to book your space. Payment can be by bank transfer, Paypal, cash or card.

What happens if I have to miss a class during my block?

I do try to be flexible with this – when you pay for a block you are booking your space so please be certain that you want to commit to the block. Unfortunately, there are no refunds for missed classes, nor can classes be carried over to subsequent blocks. Instead, I run a courtesy class swap system for block bookings. This means that if you are ill, delayed at work, or on holiday and will miss one of your classes, you can swap your class to another class on a different day or time. This system works well and benefits everybody. You can even ‘make up’ a class in advance of you being absent!

What if I want to join and buy a block booking after a term has started?

If you join the block after it’s started, you only pay for the remaining classes. I cater for all levels and experience so don’t worry if you need to join later in the block – you are still very welcome.
